Ken Edwards
Vice President, Operations
Ken Edwards is the Vice President of Operations at ExpertRECALL™. With more than 11 years of experience in reverse logistics, he has developed tools for some of the nation’s largest manufacturers to handle customer inquiries, produced creative therapeutic intervention solutions and initiated inbound/outbound communication management tools for large scale communication in the event of a recall.
Prior to joining ExpertRECALL, Mr. Edwards spent more than two decades within the telecommunications industry, where he held senior business development roles at Ameritech.
Mr. Edwards earned a Bachelor of Science in Quantitative Business Analysis from Indiana University and is a graduate of Carnegie Mellon’s Advanced Technology Innovation Program.
