Kevin McAteer is a Recall Consultant for ExpertRECALL™ who ensures that client recalls start correctly and are executed smoothly throughout the process.

In his role, Kevin works closely with customers, acting as the primary point of contact for large manufacturers of pharmaceuticals, medical devices, consumer products, and consumer packaged goods when they are faced with a recall crisis.

Kevin works with companies to set the scope of their recall events and to develop action plans that address relevant issues efficiently and in compliance with regulatory procedures. In addition, Kevin brings an extensive background in consultation and customer integration to each unique recall situation that he manages – ensuring an overall seamless customer experience.

Kevin attended DePauw University, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and is obtaining his Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Butler University.
