Steve Edwards is a Senior Recall Strategist for ExpertRECALL™ who is responsible for ensuring flawless customer integration and satisfaction throughout the pressure-packed recall process.

A veteran of more than 900 product recalls, Steve leads and manages the recall scoping, execution and plan development for pharmaceutical, food and beverage, medical device, and consumer product manufacturers and retailers. He has handled many of the highest-profile recalls over the past several years.

An authority on the recall process, Steve is a sought-after speaker at leading pharmaceutical, medical device, and consumer product conferences, providing insights and expertise on recall best practices for managersand executive-level audiences.

Steve also leads mock recall simulations on-site for manufacturers and retailers preparing for recalls and regulatory followup. The real-time simulations involve working through scenarios that enable recall teams and executive-level participants to practice handling product recalls from the planning through the execution phase.

Among his accomplishments for clients, Steve has developed recall plans and solutions for the largest over-the-counter and medical-device recalls in U.S. history.

Prior to joining ExpertRECALL, Mr. Edwards worked for Sony as an Outsourcing/Planning Specialist.

Steve is a graduate of Purdue University and holds a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership.
