A large privately-owned supermarket chain had a corporate recall policy that required the manufacturer or an agent of the manufacturer to remove affected products from its facility. The retailer needed a partner to assist with removing recalled products from its retail locations and distribution centers.

- Depending on the nature of the product, it was sent to a centralized location, back to the manufacturer for disposition purposes, or stored for compliant disposal.
