SOCAP Indiana Chapter Networking Event

Recall planning, preparation, and logistics can be a complicated process involving countless departments and specialists, especially proactive and friendly customer care. As part of our commitment to promoting sound customer care, ExpertRECALL will be hosting the next SOCAP Indiana Chapter networking event on June 30, 2010, at our dedicated contact center in Indianapolis. The event, slated from 3:00 to 5:00pm, will include a presentation from author and motivation speaker Jack Needham entitled, “Stop Fixing, Start Leading!” Attendees will also have the opportunity to take a tour of the ExpertRECALL contact center and to network with peers during the social hour. This promises to be another great event for SOCAP’s Indiana Chapter.
